Why Neuro-Roots?
Neuro-Roots practices on the foundational understanding that feeling safe is the key to being your best self. When our body and brain are disconnected, distressed, or misaligned, the things we do daily and the relationships we are in become affected. Body and brain responses along with behaviors have a purpose...together, we take a look at both the details and the big picture, and collaborate with you to meet your goals.

Anxiety & Stress
Stress can be both challenging and beneficial. When anxiety becomes too great, we are here to help.
Autism

On the spectrum? Let's work together to approach the challenges of living in a neurotypical-based world.
ADHD
Does your brain work a bit different? We can help navigate the variances in these neural pathways.
Neurodivergence

Neurodivergence encompasses a wide variety of components and requires an approach that fits the individual. We are here to meet you exactly where you are at with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or as a highly sensitivity person.
Women's Issues
Whether you are entering a new phase of life or discovering who you are and are meant to be, we are here to help you navigate this journey.

Life Changes
Whether it is a change of season, family, or setting, we are here to support you through those transitions.
Parenting Support

Parenting comes with it's own sets of challenges, but if your child is neurodivergent or experiencing mental health issues, knowing how to approach these can be incredibly challenging. We focus on attachment and connection to understand the purpose of behaviors and address regulation for all family members with a goal of helping you enjoy the parenting process.

Depression & Trauma
Trauma can shape the behaviors we hold and the patterns we create. Depression can keep us from living the life we want. We work to address the fundamental components of your story and learn to rewrite the script together.
